Your credit card details are never held in our website nor entered our database and are only decrypted on the paypal secure server. Please do not e-mail your credit card details to us, we cannot be held responsible for security if you supply your details in this way.

E-Beau (say: Ee-bō) shop ships only within North America, we send the order within 1-2 business days after payment, on business day (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Delivery should take 1 to 7 days after we ship the merchandise depending on your location.

Shipping Within US and Canada:

 - Free priority shipping on orders over $74.99.
 - $5.00 Flat-rate priority shipping on order less than $75.00.
 - Free priority shipping on samples of products

E-Beau is only obligated to collect sales tax from California customers. The tax rate ranges from 7.25 to 8.75 % per tax district/city (as of April 1, 2007). All other customers will not be charged sales tax.

We'll accept returns for unopened skincare/cosmetic/health food products. Your items must be returned within 30 days of our DELIVERY date. All sales are final after 30 days of delivery made. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund shipping fees. If your return is the result of our error we give you full refund with shipping charge. We will also provide free return shipping in this case. Please follow the simple instructions below:

• To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
