Bath Oil: Pour a few drops of bath oil into running water. For maximum benefit, wait 15 minutes before using soap. Shake well before use. Shower Oil: Pour a few drops on your hands. Massage thoroughly into the skin with circular movements. Rinse off under the shower. Shake well before use. Body Oil: Apply over the entire body, starting with the feet and working up to the shoulders. Concentrate on areas where your skin needs the most moisture. Shake well before use. Massage Oil: Warm oil slightly and massage using long strokes along the muscles and small circular strokes at the joints. Caution: If pregnant consult your physician before use. |
